GW99 is more than just a gaming platform. We are a community built on trust, security, and a commitment to delivering the best entertainment experience to every player in Malaysia. Every decision we make starts with one simple question – is this the best for our players?
GW99 started from a simple but meaningful vision – to create an online entertainment space that Malaysian users could truly trust. As online gaming platforms began to grow rapidly, the GW99 founding team recognised that the majority of platforms available at the time did not truly understand the needs and preferences of local users. These included slow payments, confusing interfaces, unresponsive customer support, and game selections irrelevant to local culture.
It was from that observation that GW99 was born. Founded in 2018, we began our journey with a single goal – to build a platform that truly puts the player experience above all else. Not just marketing words, but a genuine commitment reflected in every detail of our platform, from the user-friendly interface design to the speed of the withdrawal process.
Over more than six years in operation, GW99 has grown far beyond what we imagined on day one. From a small platform with a few dozen games, we now offer more than 1,000 game options spanning online slots, live casino with real dealers, exciting bingo games, and many more entertainment categories that continue to expand.
Over 500,000 registered members have chosen GW99 as their primary entertainment platform – and that number grows every day. The trust placed in us by hundreds of thousands of users is not something we take lightly. Instead, it becomes a responsibility that drives us to continually raise our service quality, strengthen our security systems, and ensure every member receives the best experience regardless of their bet size or frequency of play.
GW99's mission is clear – to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment platform for adult users in Malaysia. We believe that responsible entertainment is the best entertainment, and this is the principle guiding every business decision we make.
Our long-term vision is to become Malaysia's number one online entertainment platform based on user trust, not just transaction volume. We want every gw99 member to feel proud using our platform – confident that their money is safe, the games they enjoy are fair, and support will always be there whenever they need it.
One thing that sets gw99 apart from many other platforms is our deep understanding of the Malaysian context. We know that Malaysian users have unique needs and preferences – from their preferred payment methods and favourite game types, to the language and communication style they feel most comfortable with. That's why gw99 is purpose-built for the Malaysian market, not merely a rough translation of an overseas platform.
We support a wide range of local payment methods including Internet Banking transfers, popular digital wallets, and other instant deposit options that make things easy for Malaysian users. Our withdrawal process is completed within a matter of hours, ensuring players do not have to wait long to enjoy their winnings.
At GW99, security is not just an added feature – it is the core of everything we do. Our platform is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption technology used by leading financial institutions worldwide. Every transaction, whether deposit or withdrawal, is processed through a system that has obtained international security certification.
Beyond technical security, gw99 is deeply committed to protecting players' personal information. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your consent, and we comply with all relevant data protection guidelines. The identity verification (KYC) process we implement is more than a formality – it is a protective mechanism to keep your account safe and shielded from any misuse.
The gw99 gaming system uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified and audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated – giving every player an equal and fair chance in every gaming session.
